Technical Description

Rainfall Sensor employs a next-generation tipping bucket mechanism with precision ceramic blades, achieving a measurement resolution of 0.1 mm and a maximum permissible error of ±0.4 mm (for rainfall ≤10 mm). Output signals (switch signal, RS485, or Bluetooth with optional wireless module) connect directly to data acquisition systems. Featuring a 200 cm² catchment area, it is suitable for meteorology, hydrology, agriculture, and forestry.

The compact design includes a wind-reducing waist-shaped structure to minimize wind interference on precipitation measurement.
