1.Program Overview:
The Water Supply Pipeline Network Monitoring System (Intelligent Supervision System for Pipeline Network Pressure) enables the timely detection of pressure abnormalities and the early warning of pipe burst incidents through remote real-time monitoring and trend analysis of pipeline network pressure. Dispatchers adjust the water supply volumes of various water plants and pumping stations based on pipeline network pressure to ensure a balanced water supply pressure and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.
In addition, the system can be extended to include functions for monitoring flow rate and water quality, as well as remote control of valves.
2.System functionality:
●An Overview Map for Comprehensive Insight into the Health Status of the Entire Pipeline Network System
●Real-time Monitoring of Pressure Data to Ensure Water Supply Safety
Remote monitoring of real-time pressure data at measurement points within the water supply pipeline network provides a data basis for ensuring normal water supply, regulating pressure balance, and preventing pipeline leakage.
●Intelligent Statistical Analysis of Data to Support Management
Multi-dimensional analysis of pressure changes is conducted through real-time curve graphs, time-period reports, raw data reports, and compliance rate reports, assisting in water supply scheduling and pressure regulation within the pipeline network.
Pressure curves from all measurement points allow for comparative analysis of pressure change trends along the same pipeline.
●Analysis of the pressure change trend at a single measurement point.
Compliance rate reports statistically analyze the pressure stability at each measurement point over a selected time period and compare data before and after pressure adjustments.
●Automatic Abnormality Alarm with Intelligent Classification
Alarm contents are categorized into seven types: pressure above the upper limit, pressure below the lower limit, sudden pressure changes, sensor disconnection, low battery, weak signal, and offline, facilitating targeted maintenance.
Alarm levels are classified into three categories: general, moderate, and severe, enabling rapid response and prioritized handling of severe alarms.
●Remote Computer + Mobile APP for Simple Maintenance
Parameters can be remotely set and programs upgraded via computer without the need for on-site visits, saving time and effort.
The mobile APP allows for pipeline network inspections anytime and anywhere, facilitating the timely discovery of alarm information.
